Apple opens App Store submissions for apps optimized for iPhone Duo
The foldable device is scheduled to launch Friday, October 23, according to MacRumors. The publication reports that existing apps will run automatically, but only those built with the iOS 27.1 SDK or later can resize dynamically to fill the inner display; apps without that optimization will appear with black borders.
