Apple opens App Store submissions for iPhone Duo ahead of October 23 launch

Apple says apps optimized for the foldable iPhone Duo can now be submitted for review, according to MacRumors. Only apps built with the iOS 27.1 SDK or later will resize to fill the inner display; others show black borders. AppleInsider reports iOS 27 beta code points to a redesigned Focus Mode button on the lock screen.
