CX Enterprise Coworker is now available within ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini for business, Microsoft Copilot and Databricks Genie. The agent handles customer experience orchestration for marketing teams. According to The Next Web, it plans and runs work across Adobe’s marketing software, with Amazon Quick, IBM and Snowflake expected to follow soon.
