Apple reportedly gives Steve Smith responsibility for mergers and acquisitions

Steve Smith is taking over merger and acquisition responsibilities from Adrian Perica, according to AppleInsider, which describes Smith as Perica’s longtime lieutenant. The change comes amid leadership shifts as John Ternus takes over. According to 9to5Mac, Apple has also named a new App Store vice president.
