OpenAI appoints Ismail Elmas to lead sales across EMEA

Elmas previously led Cursor’s European business and will serve as vice president of sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He is OpenAI’s second sales recruit from SpaceX in the past month. SpaceX owns Cursor, according to The Next Web, which identifies Handelsblatt as the first outlet to report the appointment.
