Fortastra secures $30 million for spacecraft that protect satellites
The Southern California startup is developing spacecraft to protect civilian and defense satellites in orbit. Its founder has a SpaceX engineering background. According to Quartz, Fortastra launched its first two prototype spacecraft last week and plans to expand production to hundreds or thousands of units.
