Cisco and LeapXpert integrate WhatsApp client messaging into Webex

Employees can contact clients without leaving the collaboration app, according to SiliconANGLE. The integration gives regulated and enterprise customers security, governance and archiving controls for WhatsApp conversations, CRN reports. SiliconANGLE says it targets client messaging that compliance teams cannot see, extending Webex beyond its usual focus on conversations between colleagues within a company.
