European Commission staff criticize Element Pro as a Teams alternative

The European Commission implemented a backup to Microsoft Teams made outside the United States, according to Gizmodo. Neowin identifies the software as Element Pro and says internal staff memos contain harsh criticism. The memos also include warnings from officials that U.S. technology would win a technology war, Neowin reports.
