Cognizant creates OpenAI delivery group with over 25,000 staff

The group will help clients deploy OpenAI products including Codex and ChatGPT across software development, customer service and daily operations. Its work will include modernizing older systems, according to The Next Web, which reported that Cognizant committed 18,000 staff to Google’s Gemini just 11 days earlier.
