Apple keeps new iPad mini at 60Hz despite OLED upgrade

ProMotion remains exclusive to the iPad Pro among Apple's tablets, as both reports note. According to MacRumors, the feature would have let the mini automatically vary its refresh rate from 10Hz to 120Hz to match the content on screen, but the new model does not support it.
