Oracle may expand US staff separation program to India, ET reports

Oracle’s workforce in India has been shrinking for six months, with engineering departures running at roughly five times the hiring rate, according to The Economic Times, citing sources. The newspaper previously reported that September’s global layoffs affected about 3,000 employees in India, or 10% of its workforce there.
