Practical Prototyping seeks funding for $500 Mac Pro conversion kit

The kit would let owners reuse Apple's 2019 Mac Pro enclosure with standard, upgradable PC components. It retains the original fans, controls and aluminium exterior, according to TechRadar. MacRumors reports that Practical Prototyping is crowdfunding the project, offering owners of the Intel-based tower a way to keep its case while replacing the hardware inside.
