TechSpot reports that Sensor Tower estimated roughly $630 million in preorder revenue as of October 20, with PlayStation 5 accounting for 74% of purchases. An earlier estimate reported by Wccftech put worldwide digital preorders above 6 million and revenue at around $594 million as of October 13.
