Zoom introduces Unified Context Layer to connect AI agents with workplace conversations
The shared layer gives AI agents access to information across Zoom chats and calls. According to SiliconANGLE, Zoom announced it at its virtual Zoomtopia conference as part of updates spanning collaboration, customer service, developer tools, security, events and sales, aiming to turn business interactions into completed work across applications.
