Zelenskyy says Starlink restrictions in Ukraine appear intentional

The Ukrainian president said the limits were affecting military use of SpaceX’s satellite network. According to the Financial Times, he said the restrictions apply only in Ukraine and hinder efforts to intercept Russian attacks. Bloomberg reported that he ruled out technical problems and also condemned a US decision to waive sanctions against Russia.
