Mind Robotics appoints former Apple executive Doug Field as president

Field worked on Apple's car project and previously led Ford's EV efforts, according to TechCrunch, which also reports that he oversaw development of the Tesla Model 3. The Verge describes Mind Robotics as Rivian CEO RJ Scaringe's startup and says Field was the de facto leader of Apple's unsuccessful autonomous electric car project.
