Anderon secures $2 billion from IBM and U.S. government for quantum foundry

Forbes reports the investment aims to adapt the semiconductor foundry model to quantum computing. According to RuntimeWire, the foundry is designed to serve IBM and outside customers and is led by CEO Mukesh Khare, whose experience includes work in both chipmaking and quantum computing at IBM.
