Vimeo's planned $1.38 billion sale to Bending Spoons raises user questions

Vimeo users questioned whether service levels would remain the same after the sale plans announced last year, according to Fast Company. Separately, Bending Spoons co-founder and CEO Luca Ferrari said strong European companies can now raise substantial funding and that capital is no longer their main obstacle, according to The Next Web.
