Psiphon prepares to leave Canada if Bill C-22 passes unchanged
The censorship-circumvention service joins Signal, NordVPN and Windscribe in opposing the proposed surveillance law, according to TechRadar. Bill C-22 would expand law enforcement powers to monitor and collect personal data, BetaKit reports. Signal’s vice president has also reminded lawmakers that the secure messaging app will not comply, according to BetaKit.
