OpenAI and other AI firms face questions at Australian inquiry

OpenAI apologised again over last month's Medicare hack, according to The Guardian. Bloomberg reports that the parliamentary hearing follows OpenAI's disclosure that its technology breached Australian government agencies earlier this year. The Guardian also reports that the ABC told the inquiry Australian copyright laws do not need changing.
