South Korea investigates suspected AI use in breaches at seven financial firms
Breaches exposed personal data belonging to at least 68,000 people, and police have opened an investigation. President Lee Jae Myung said there were signs that hackers used AI in the attacks. The Financial Services Commission held an emergency meeting following the attacks on financial institutions, according to BleepingComputer.
