Micron agrees to $600 million deal over Netlist patents
According to The Economic Times, Netlist said Micron would pay $30 million each quarter for a five-year license covering its patent portfolio, including high-bandwidth memory technology. Separately, WinBuzzer reports that Micron is seeking ownership of four U.S. patents held by YMTC, alleging they originated from confidential Micron engineering work.
