Germany's KIT brings HoreKa 2 supercomputer into operation
The new system delivers 33 petaflops and combines AMD Turin CPUs with Nvidia GB200 GPUs, according to Data Center Dynamics. HPCwire reports that it will support research into climate, new materials, particle physics, energy and mobility, alongside AI research, helping researchers tackle complex scientific questions more quickly.
