Google agrees to buy 3.6GW of power from Constellation

Quartz reports that the 20-year nuclear agreement is worth $4.3 billion and will add 890 megawatts to the PJM grid through upgrades at 11 plants across three states. The Wall Street Journal describes it as the largest project to increase existing reactors’ output agreed between a nuclear supplier and a technology company.
