Amazon pledges $1 billion to communities hosting its data centers
AWS CEO Matt Garman outlined a five-year funding commitment covering education, workforce pathways and energy affordability, according to Tom's Hardware. Amazon also says it has stopped using nondisclosure agreements for data center projects. That change concerns agreements with government agencies and applies only going forward, according to Implicator.ai.
