Tesla delivered 486,532 vehicles in the third quarter, about 2% fewer than a year earlier, when buyers rushed to use expiring federal EV tax credits. The total still topped analyst forecasts of roughly 461,000 to 464,000. Production reached 464,391 vehicles, and Tesla also deployed 13.7 GWh of energy storage, according to Unite.AI.
