Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery to become Skydance
CEO David Ellison announced the combined company's name in a social media post ahead of the roughly $110 billion deal's expected completion next week. The two companies' streaming services, HBO Max and Paramount+, are also set to merge, according to a report from 9to5Mac.
