Newly unsealed court filings allege DHS agents tracked and intimidated people observing ICE activity in Maine, according to Wired. Gizmodo reports that a lawsuit alleges agents drove past observers’ and protesters’ homes and added their names to a Homeland Security investigations system. An attorney representing protesters said this infringes on First Amendment rights, according to Engadget.
