Claude Frontier Academy: $100M to train 10,000 engineers
Anthropic’s training program will serve engineers at solution providers and customer organizations, with consulting firms among its partners. The company aims to train 10,000 Frontier Deployed Engineers by the end of 2027. According to Anthropic, the academy will train participants to the same standard as its own engineers.
